We’re a small woman-owned spa located in the heart of Stratford, and Bloomfield CT. We firmly believe in quality care for our clients. Our goal is to establish a long-term relationship with our clients by treating them with the same kind of quality of service, compassion and understanding that we would give our own families.
We believe communication is key. We need to know what you're feeling, experiencing and what you're looking to gain in order to best help you. In turn, we will explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it.
Massage is a tool to help heal. Whether it's for post-op care, stress, illness or simply to pamper yourself, the benefits of massage can be life changing. We would be honored to take that journey with you.
Wood Therapy is a technique that employs purposely shaped wood pieces to sculpt the body in desired areas, allowing the therapist to move and drain accumulated adipose tissue. The wood tools also help break down fat and cellulite by applying direct pressure to “problem areas." This technique is a superior alternative to regular massage for individuals with disproportionate, localized pockets of stubborn fat and cellulite.
Fat cavitation therapy uses low-level ultrasonic waves to break your fat cells down into a liquid while leaving surrounding tissues intact. Once the fat cells have liquefied, they’re eliminated from your system using your body’s own natural elimination processes. Ultrasound fat cavitation can be used on virtually any area of your body where you’re carrying extra weight. Common treatment spots include the belly, thighs, buttocks, or back. Each cavitation therapy session only takes 20-60 minutes, making it the perfect lunch-hour treatment. There’s no downtime, and the only thing you’ll need to do to prepare is drink plenty of water.
Unlike conventional liposuction, the idea of noninvasive laser lipo is not to remove fat cells, but to shrink them.
The laser energy penetrates down to the fat cells and creates tiny holes in their membranes. This causes the fat cells to release their stored fatty acids, glycerol, and water into the body and then shrink, potentially resulting in lost inches. The body then flushes out the expelled fat-cell contents via the lymphatic system or burns them for energy.
